Dubai's Tea House for Karak and Indian Chai

FiLLi has poured Karak and Indian Chai across the UAE since 1991. Three decades on, tea is still the menu — not a side order to a cold brew. The masala blend, the saffron, the simmer time, the cardamom-to-milk ratio: all of it is the house standard, not a seasonal special.

What kind of tea house is FiLLi?

A Karak and Indian-Chai house. Our menu sits in the South-Asian tea tradition — Karak Chai, Masala Chai, Zafran Karak, Kashmiri Tea, Adrak Chai, Elaichi Chai. That's distinct from Emirati or Moroccan tea houses, which lean on different spice profiles and serving styles. Both traditions have a place in Dubai; FiLLi is the home of one of them.

Are FiLLi cafes open for dine-in or takeaway?

Both. Every FiLLi location serves takeaway, and most offer dine-in seating — from quick Express counters to full-size Lounge and Signature cafes. Hours vary by location; the closest store's hours show on its page in our store locator.

I'm new to FiLLi. Where should I start?

Order the Zafran Karak. It's the cup we're best known for — Karak Chai with Iranian saffron, served hot. If you'd prefer something lighter, try the Kashmiri Tea (pink, floral) or a Masala Chai.
