Brewing Guide
How to Brew the Perfect Cup
Three methods, one perfect result. Choose your preferred brewing style for FiLLi's Signature Blend.
French Press
- Grind beans to coarse consistency (sea salt texture)
- Add 30g coffee per 500ml water at 93°C
- Pour, stir gently, steep for 4 minutes
- Press plunger slowly and serve immediately
Pour Over
- Grind beans to medium-fine consistency
- Rinse filter with hot water, add 20g coffee
- Pour 40ml to bloom for 30 seconds
- Pour remaining water in slow circles over 3 min
Espresso Machine
- Grind to fine consistency (table salt texture)
- Dose 18–20g into portafilter, tamp evenly
- Extract 25–30 seconds for 36–40ml output
- Enjoy as espresso or add steamed milk for a latte

It depends on your brewing method. Use a coarse grind (sea salt texture) for French Press, medium-fine for pour over, and fine grind (table salt) for espresso. FiLLi beans are sold as whole beans so you can grind fresh for maximum flavour.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The quad-sealed bag with one-way degassing valve keeps beans fresh. Once opened, use within 2–4 weeks for best flavour. Do not refrigerate or freeze — moisture damages the beans.
